Terms & Conditions

  • Before the event a visit will be made to the venue for inspection
  • Bookings must be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit
  • Final numbers are required at least 3 days before the event
  • Please advise of any dietary requirements and/or allergies before the event
  • On the day of the event, the food disclaimer for buffets must be signed
  • Hire of crockery, cutlery etc. is not included in the price unless stated, but is available if required, any breakages must be paid for and all items should be returned clean, otherwise a charge will be made
  • Waitress service is available at extra cost, unless stated
  • In the event of a cancellation all costs incurred will be charged for
  • Accounts must be paid before the event or upon delivery
